Can I import my existing customers + ad orders?
Yes. Every operator catalog page (customers, ad sizes, statuses, sections, classified categories) ships with CSV import + export. Bring your spreadsheet, map the columns, hit Commit.
Do I need InDesign?
No. AdPlacer renders print-ready PDFs directly — single pages, full-issue signatures, and cover spreads — so most publishers never open InDesign. If your printer requires IDML, that's a one-click export too.
How does billing work for my advertisers?
Auto-generate invoices for an entire issue, or invoice one ad at booking time while the customer's on the phone. Statements per customer, partial payments, aging report. Cardknox-ready for embedded card payments (Pro plan).
Can I have multiple publications under one account?
Yes — Enterprise plans support unlimited publications under one parent account, each at its own subdomain. Pro is one publication per seat. You can switch between publications from the sidebar.
What about classifieds — the small ads in the back?
First-class. Categories, groups, per-category style overrides (background color, footer tabs), and an auto-packer that fills classifieds pages by approval order. Single + double-column layouts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no phone call required. We'll keep your data accessible for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind or want to export.
